METAMOORFOSE
A low-stimuli theatrical concert
METAMOORFOSE is an extremely low-stimuli theatrical concert, specifically designed for people who are overly sensitive to stimuli. It consist of 5 monologues & 5 sung pieces, written for a-capella chamber choir. All sound levels are kept below 65 dB (around the same intensity as a 1 tot 1 conversation in a quiet room), and there are no sudden movements, light changes or noises. The aim of the performance is to offer a safe space for vulnerable audiences, who are often most in need of inspiration. METAMOORFOSE offers the opportunity for them to reconnect with themselves and the world around them.
Though the show has been designed for people who are overly sensitive to stimuli, the show is accessible to all audiences. (An informational code of conduct is sent to the audience beforehand.)
